I graduated with an AUT Certificate in Celebrant Studies in 2009 and became a registered Marriage Celebrant in 2010. Before becoming a celebrant, I taught Physical Education and Health at Kerikeri High School in the Bay of Islands. Now, as well as being a celebrant, I am the Regional Sport Director at Sport Northland and am responsible for ensuring the development and growth of sport in secondary schools throughout Northland. A combination of years of teaching and being a celebrant, has given me the necessary skills to help assist you in whatever occasion you may have coming up. I am experienced, enthusiastic and love being able to help people when the opportunity arises. I take great delight in the ceremonies I work on and always aim to invest as much time in each couple or family, as needed, to achieve this. I pride myself on being well organised and like to keep in regular contact before the occasion, particularly in regards to the content of my script. I am renowned for my professional presentation and when it comes to weddings, can be relied upon not to clash with the bridesmaids. While I live in Kerikeri and absolutely love officiating at venues in some of the most beautiful parts of our country, I am also prepared to travel to venues outside of the Northland region. Whatever the occasion, I look forward to working with you to turn your thoughts and dreams into a reality.
